Our client, a renowned CRO specialising in Radio Labelling Sciences (RLS), is actively seeking a Business Development Manager to expand their existing team. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of their RLS services in the UK territory. (Territory can be flexible based on the candidate)
As a Business Development Manager focusing on Radio Labelling Sciences (RLS), you will spearhead business expansion efforts and foster relationships within the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors. Your unique blend of strategic prowess and scientific insight will empower you to:
- Foster and nurture professional relationships with clients that align seamlessly with the CRO's target customer segment in Radio Labelling Sciences.
- Develop a comprehensive grasp of the CRO's capabilities in Radio Labelling Sciences to engage in meaningful discussions with clients, leading to mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Business Development teams to uncover and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
- Craft a compelling Value Proposition that cements the CRO's standing as a preferred partner.
- Articulate the CRO's reputation as a provider of superior solutions, effectively translating inquiries into profitable contracts.

Your Profile:
- Proven experience in Business Development within the CRO industry.
- A profound understanding of Key Account Management, complemented by in-depth knowledge of the CRO and Pharmaceutical landscape.
- A talent for identifying untapped business prospects and steering growth.
- Financial acumen encompassing budgeting and costing skills, vital for measuring, monitoring, and reporting business metrics.
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Academic background with a PhD, MSc, or BSc (Hons) in Chemistry or a related field.
