- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging business opportunities, growth areas, competitors, and industry/geographic trends.
- Develop, manage, and execute a robust pipeline of activities within the designated market.
- Gain a deep understanding of the service offerings and actively enhance the brand presence in the industry.
- Strengthen existing networks and forge new relationships to elevate the organization's profile.
- Concentrate efforts on building connections within the relevant field.
- Comprehend the needs of potential clients and work collaboratively to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
- Attend relevant networking events and conferences to expand professional connections.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Director regarding leads and the status of the pipeline.
- Responsively handle requests for information (RFIs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Thoroughly review proposals and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with client requirements.
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in a relevant field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development within the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Proven track record in establishing, expanding, and maintaining a robust client base.
